We only ship engines to locations inside the 50 United States. There are some models that Tohatsu does not allow us to ship.
Engines cannot be returned. If you are not sure which motor will suit your needs, please call us to discuss it before you purchase. If you have issues we will first try to help you over the phone. It is sometimes a "pilot error" issue. If the motor has an issue we cannot resolve over the phone, it will have to be taken to an authorized dealer for warranty assessment.
The item9s) must be unused, in original packaging, and complete with all components included. Service manuals, special orders and electrical parts are non-returnable. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the order. Items that were ordered by you in error, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that freight charges to return an item ordered in error are your responsibility and are not refundable.

Damaged Shipments
Freight damage is handled on a case by case basis. In the event of freight damage, we will do our best to help you have a satisfactory solution.
If you receive a damaged product, save the box and all packaging material and call us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. You MUST make notation of damage on the truckers bill of lading at the time of delivery and retain a copy or photo. The trucker should provide you with a claim number. Please take pictures of the damage if you are able to.
